During a hypnotherapy session, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation and focused awareness. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process between you and your therapist. Together, we uncover the meaning and interpretation you assigned to past experiences and the beliefs you formed as a result.
 
Each session is designed to help you create and reinforce new, empowering beliefs. When you change your thoughts, you transform your emotions—ultimately changing your actions and behaviors for the better.
 

Q & A 

Will I be deeply asleep during the session?
No. You will be deeply relaxed but fully in control at all times. You’ll be able to hear and respond to my questions. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused relaxation—similar to when you're meditating or completely absorbed in a film.

 

How long is a session?
Each session typically lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours.

 

How is the session structured?
We begin with a brief conversation to clarify the issue you'd like to address and what you hope to achieve. Then, you'll be guided into hypnosis and revisit key past experiences that contributed to the issue. Together, we uncover the root cause, resolve it, and introduce new, empowering beliefs.
After the session, you’ll receive a personalized audio recording to listen to daily for 21 days to reinforce the transformation.

 

Can I book an appointment straight away?
Before scheduling your session, we’ll have a short initial conversation to discuss your issue and ensure we’re a good fit to work together.

 

Is one session enough?
It depends on the issue. Many clients experience significant change after just one session. For more complex issues, between one to three sessions may be needed. Simpler concerns—such as stress, fear of flying, or nail biting—are often resolved in a single session.

 

What language are the sessions conducted in?
Sessions are available in English and Bulgarian.
